a. Website Development, Custom Software Development, and Digital Marketing Services: Coder Lab strives to provide high-quality services to our clients. As our services are primarily based on time, effort, and resources dedicated to each project, refunds are handled as follows:

• Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated based on the specific circumstances of the project.
• Any payments made for services rendered, work completed, or resources utilized up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable.

c. Requesting a Refund: Clients must submit a written request for a refund, detailing the reasons for the request. Requests will be reviewed by Coder Lab, and a decision will be communicated to the client in a timely manner.

d. Refund Process: If a refund is approved, the amount refunded will be determined based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period.

2. Cancellation Policy

a. Website Development, Custom Software Development, and Digital Marketing Services: Clients may request the cancellation of services at any time. However, the following conditions apply:

b. Cancellation Charges: Clients may be subject to cancellation charges to cover the costs of work completed, resources allocated, and any third-party expenses incurred on the project up to the point of cancellation.

c. Notification of Cancellation: Clients must provide written notification of their intent to cancel services. Cancellation requests will be acknowledged and processed within a reasonable timeframe.

d. Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, any outstanding payments for services rendered or costs incurred up to the point of cancellation will be due and payable by the client.

3. Exceptions

a. Unsatisfactory Performance: In the event of unsatisfactory performance or failure to deliver services as agreed upon, clients may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to investigation and approval by Coder Lab.

b. Force Majeure: Coder Lab shall not be held liable for any delays or failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
